Full time/Part time Teacher

The applicant should hold either a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or be working towards a qualification, and have a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage, as well as some experience of working within a childcare setting.

Apprentice

fantastic opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner Apprentice

In both roles, the applicant will be expected to work with both individuals and groups of children aged 18 months – 5 years and ensure a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for the children within the setting. The applicant will be required to supervise and support children’s play and extend their interests, whilst ensuring their safety at all times.

A Nursery Success and Development Manager

Their role will include but will not be limited to:

  1. Spearheading strategic initiatives, drive growth and ensure the sustained profitability of our nursery
  2. Devising innovative strategies, fostering relationships, and implementing solutions to optimize our nursery's success.

Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance Manager

  • Identifying areas for improvement in operations, policies, and procedures, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and quality of services, conducting regular evaluations and assessments to uphold high-quality standards and improve overall nursery operations.
  • Adherence to Policies and Regulations - Staying informed about evolving regulations, licensing requirements, and industry best practices, ensuring the nursery's compliance.
